calendar calendar"My mum, for Christmas, gave me an organiser which is great to write notes in; write what I am doing; when I am doing it and everything like that.  But I can't visualise how many days in between things if I have to turn a page I can't understand how many days there are in between two dates and the numbers don't really mean anything to me.  So therefore I have a wall planner as well where I can see the whole year.  I have a calendar, I literally chop it in half, I have it on my wall and then I turn over the months once I have completed them, so I don't  have to concentrate on that anymore.

sony ericssonI also have my phone, which I use for quick notes and things like that and anything important I have to do I have in  there as a reminder; set the reminders on my phone [alarm] which go off and sometimes the night before, if I am doing anything important the next day etc. Then to make everything come together, so I haven't got just one thing written in one place to look at when I am doing something important.  I have my online calendar, which is Google, which I can access anywhere in the world, which means that when I go home for a weekend and I forget my planner or my phone runs out of battery or anything stupid like that, I can go online, check what I am doing and make sure that everything is up dated on that which I do about once a week."
