Tip

There are many free or low cost add-ons for Skype including the Skype Answering Machine,  Tamara VC for Skype that allows you to say the name of your contact rather than using a keyboard or mouse in order to connect up - You can also have the names read back with text to speech. The Skype website also offers links to many new add-ons.
