EndNote offers students and academics a way of storing references in a database that can be linked to a word processing package and the internet.  The program is quite complex but guides are often available on university sites such as the on-line guide from Assistive Technology Service at University of Southampton.  YouTube also has several videos about EndNote such as those offered by Thomson Reuters.
