ColourExplorer, is available free to download and allows users to change the colours of Microsoft’s window/explorer tabs, tables and text fonts. This is especially useful when text on a webpage may be green, and the background table is red for those with colour deficiencies or specific learning difficulties who may also wish to change the background colour in documents.

Furthermore, Colour Explorer allows the user to change text in text field boxes when using only forms.  It can be useful if you prefer to read white text on a black background or require a high contrast.
