"Having used Windows Media and iTunes. I find iTunes is lot easier because it has got the picture format. You can just click on the picture - and the picture is fair size as well – the picture must be the size of a cup on the screen. You just click on the picture and just drag it into the box and it will convert it... Voice recordings as well are quite easy because once it's converted into that format – click and drag, and away you go. Because once it converts it, its stored on the system anway."

"Windows Media wasn’t as tactile, but as long as you label it, it’s fine... labelling is important because a lot of them are saved as “Track 1a”, “Track 1b” – and if I’m in 5 lectures, it’s best to develop the strategy of dating my lectures and dating all the subjects as well."

Lifehacker has added a blog on how to Convert any file to iTunes audiobook format in iTunes 8. When items are played in audiobook format the recording automatically returns to where you stopped last time! One of the accessibility features not mentioned by Apple for this version of iTunes.
