Strategy: MSN for Real-Time Communication

"FaceBook is just email - if you are just telling someone one thing, then yes - fair enough - email, FaceBook, whatever. But, if you actually want to find out how to do something, you need like ‘real-time’ communication, which is the phone or MSN will do it. Actually, I have the drawing on MSN, that's quite useful and I have used my webcam to point to a piece of paper to say: “This is what I got – why doesn’t it work?”
TheWhiteboard only seems to work between two computers that have WindowsXP and is not available on Windows Live Messenger for Vista. The Webcam can be set up between all later versions of Windows. Go to the menu bar in the Messenger Window - Tools for the webcam settings
