"I might upload it to the wrong one or go into another section then do it again …Then I exit Word, double-click on that. Then my assignment comes up with OK. Then I exit... You get an email giving a confirmation – keep this email. I print a copy of that and put it in my folder."
I’m told to get training from the Net, but what happens if you can’t get on it?
I have to write them down (passwords) – and when I can’t find that bit of paper, I’m really screwed. That’s when I get on the phone – I take someone’s number straight away – for my problem calls!"

"Last year we had to go to e-assignments. To log on you have to use your own password. You upload – and then click “Next step”. Then you might have another step that comes up telling you what you have to do with your document... The problem is that I don’t know if it’s there! If I’m handing a photocopy, I know it’s there. I can’t see it going off, so I don’t know if it’s gone or not."

It is worth making good passwords and if you cannot remember lots of them try the opensource free program Password Safe. But you will have to remember one password to get into the program!
