"Sticky Notes comes with Vista, but it is basically a Post-it note appplication which gives you a box of notes which you can add-to, delete, I think you can also do voice recording in it as well. But it is basically a place for short notes on anything. That only allows text though whereas in the Sticky Notes for Tablet, you can actually ink straight onto the note so you literally write in a note."
