"I work for ECS, as well as study here on an MSc course that includes a module about assistive technology and web accessibility and I have become much more aware of how I use keyboard access for web pages and interaction on forums etc.  However, I  have found I cannot always get to the menu buttons to add files and pictures within the rich text editor.

fckeditor upload filesWe have found the same problem when working on the LexDis project which uses the fckeditor for adding data.  I found a list of keyboard shortcuts and have added an HTML link in large text to add flash files as an experiment and we hope to refine this idea by the end of the project."

"I tend to use keyboard shortcuts to work my way around web pages but this is not possible when I am using the rich text editors for online discussion forums.  They do not always allow you to tab into or out of the edit box or to add media files."
