You can download the Oxford Concise Medical Dictionary and it has UK spellingoxford medical dictionary sample as opposed to many others that are American. 

"Using technology is a very good idea.  In my situation especially with dyslexia it makes it that bit less stressful because, for instance, when you are in uni’ it’s that bit more stressful because they want you to write at a specific level or pronounce words in a particular way – but I can’t spell them.  I’d go back to a word that I can spell, at a lower level.  But I can say the words – for example when you are talking to me I can say “hypodermic” but I can’t spell it!"
