"Writing down notes helps you learn, so I have always written them down. But if it’s a phone number or something like that, I’ll often take a photo of it, because I don’t tend to have a pen on me. It’s mainly just for remembering things. If I see a poster with a web address on it, I’ll take a photo of it."
