Issue: Learning by doing rather than listening
"I think if I was going to do anything I would write paper notes. That would be the most useful thing I could do. I can’t imagine anything on a computer for that. I learn best by ‘doing’ it, rather than listening. Reading off the screen is not an issue, but I’d prefer videos occasionally. Instructions are not always well-written."
