Issue: Blackboard for collaboration

"Blackboard was daunting at the time, but we were introduced to it – and then it was self-taught. I don’t feel that the university gave enough help initially. Now I find it fine. Have we been taught everything that will benefit me that Blackboard can do? I don’t know. We had the introduction in the second week. At that point they were already sending emails saying “There has been a room change”.
